Is the Broker Management Console a CRM?
No. It manages the trading lifecycle — accounts, positions, orders, affiliates, FIX, copy trading, and payments — rather than customer relationship data.
Should I still use a separate CRM alongside Fintechee?
If you need customer lifecycle management (marketing, lead nurturing, etc.), a dedicated CRM such as Mautic is recommended alongside the Broker Management Console, which is scoped to trading operations.
